Self-portrait # 1 – an object of naked reality, an attempt to see the flow of time on personal image. This is the first object in a series which the artist will continue throughout her life. The 3D scanner and print will ruthlessly broadcast every change that will occur to the author over time. Accuracy, objectivity of each detail, absence of any decoration makes the objects of a series an uncovered image of reality.

The hair in the container is a reminder to the viewer that the experiment is conducted by a real person. It is the actual signature of the author.

The integrity, reliability of 3D scanning and printing make it possible to safely call "Self-portrait #" a project of ironic observation.
